It is ideally situated on Pine Ridge on a premium pitch with stunning uninterrupted sea views north to Filey Bay and south to Flamborough Head.

Pine Ridge J17 is on one of the best pitches in Primrose Valley, only a short distance from the main entertainment complex, but far enough away to avoid noise and disturbance at night.

     Nearby is the NEW sensational £6 million state-of-the-art pool complex. The caravan is alongside a tarmac road and has a hard core parking area for your exclusive use.

   The accommodation comprises an amazingly spacious lounge complete with two seater and three seater sofas facing the double glazed PVCu front French doors. It has a separate dining area, equipped with 6-seater dining table and dining chairs. The lounge has two radiators, a gas fire, large coffee table, 20” colour TV, video recorder, DVD player; radio cassette / CD player and we provide a selection of books, games and puzzles.

The fitted kitchen is separate from the lounge/dining area and is fully equipped with a full size gas cooker with electronic ignition, hob, separate grill and oven, microwave oven, toaster, and electric kettle. The fridge-freezer and microwave are in a standalone area with wine rack. Crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils are provided for six people.

For your convenience we provide an iron and ironing board and a vacuum cleaner.

A fire extinguisher & smoke alarm are provided for your safety.

Our caravan is cleaned and checked after each occupancy.
