This extra wide (28ftx12ft) 2 bedroom luxury caravan sleeps 6. and is ideally situated on Pine Ridge on a premium pitch with stunning uninterrupted sea views north to Filey Bay and south to Flamborough Head.

Pine Ridge J18 is on one of the best pitches in Primrose Valley, only a short distance from main complex and clubs, but far enough away to avoid noise and disturbance at night. It is also close to the NEW sensational £6 million state-of-the-art pool complex.

The caravan is alongside a tarmac road and has a hard core parking area for your exclusive use.

 The accommodation comprises of a spacious lounge complete with a gas fire, a surround settee that seats six comfortably (reupholstered 2007), a coffee table, 14” colour TV, video recorder, DVD player; with CD, radio and cassette player and we provide a selection of books, games and puzzles.

The six seater dining area is adjacent to the lounge.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas hob, separate grill and oven, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave oven, toaster, sandwich toaster and electric kettle.  Crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils are also provided for six people.

The caravan has two bedrooms (one double and one twin). The master bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes and bedside tables whilst the other bedroom has twin beds and a fitted wardrobe. The twin room can be converted to a double if required. The master bedroom has a wall mounted electric panel heater and the twin bedroom has a ceiling mounted panel heater. There is also a convertible double bed located in the lounge area. The bedrooms are provided with pillows, duvets, blankets, mattress protectors and we supply the bedding for six people.

The bathroom has washbasin and shower cubicle and there is a separate toilet with washbasin.

For your convenience we provide an iron and ironing board and a vacuum cleaner.

A fire extinguisher & smoke alarm are provided for your safety.

Our caravan is cleaned and checked after each occupancy.

Gas and electricity are included in the price.
